Low Carb Dessert Recipe Information

Coconut-Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients:

2 c. SF Splenda 3 tablespoons cocoa 1 / 2 c. Butter 1 / 4 c.heavy cream or 1/2n1/2 1 / 4 c. Water 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 / 2 c. SF peanut butter 2-3 c. SF coconut

How to Prepare:

Mix Splenda, cocoa, butter, cream and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil while stirring constantly to roll min for 1. Remove from heat. add peanut butter & vanilla until it melted. Stir in coconut enough to absorb most of the chocolate mass. Spread in pan sprayed PAM. Chill 2-3 hours.

Mix first two ingredients together in a blender ... mix well. Form into 24 balls. chill for 1 / 2 hours. Melt together chocolate, cream, butter, and splenda. Cream Cheese Dip balls into chocolate.Refrigerate for another 20 minutes.
