Are Low Carb Diets Worth It?

So, now we show the spotlight on diets restrict carbohydrates such as Atkins. I take the fact that they are too strict. If you have ever had on a low-carb diet was before then you know how hard it can be to follow the rules of eating mostly protein-rich foods.
