The $100 Diet's Low Carb and Low Fat Recipes

I understand how you all feel. When I was (first change from my lifestyle and not by choice that I want to) Add me with all the things that upset that I no longer have. I love bread! I love pasta! It's not like I have never, but I definitely low carb diet to incorporate into my weekly lifestyle. But to get the camera ready form in no time, I decided to go into the wide world of low-carb recipes and discoverexperimented to come quickly with a large collection of delicious low carb recipes, you are more than satisfied as you drop the weight.

Here's one that I love, and it really is a delicious recipe from the vintage 1960. Watch out for your support!

Avocados with shrimp recipe

INGREDIENTS

3 ripe avocados 1 1 / 2 oz (45g) Small & Cooked peeled shrimp or prawns White Meat lemon juice Salt and pepper For the sauce: 1 teaspoon lemon juice 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 / 4 tspDijon mustard pinch of salt pinch of pepper

3 tablespoons red tomato chutney 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

METHOD

Place avocados in half and served on six individual plates. Squeeze a splash of lemon juice over each smear and motivated by fresh Salt & Pepper. Set aside.

For the sauce: Put give the lemon juice, Dijon mustard and salt in a bowl and beat together until the salt has dissolved. Slowly pour in the olive oil to beat continuously. Add the pepper. Add the Red TomatoChutney. Add the Tabasco sauce. Beat a little longer, until thoroughly mixed.

To this mixture then add the prawns and crabs. Combine well. Adjust seasoning if you need.

Spoon a portion of this mixture into each avocado.

Now there are two ways to eat it. You can use these as a starter, for 6 or you can eat for three with two halves of each avocado and lettuce would be. Delicious!
